All major credit cards are accepted to purchase items by phone. We also accept payments made by mail via money order, cashier check or personal check, items will be available when payment clears. Any purchase made within the State of Florida must include 6% sales tax, unless a current resale certificate is provided. Please call 904.810.5829 to check on the item's availability. We offer a layaway program for items that are $200 and over. Terms include a 30% down payment with the remaining balance due within 30 days (1 payment) or 60 days (two payments). Layaways with past-due scheduled payments of 30 days or more will be returned to our inventory and all prior payments will be forfeited. For high-ticket items, layaway terms are negotiable. We provide door-to-door local furniture delivery in St. John's County for a nominal fee. (You must provide assistance if the item requires a second floor placement.) Delivery in surrounding counties require a delivery charge based on mileage. Furniture Buyers assume responsibility to procure shipping, crating, and freight insurance for deliveries beyond the surrounding counties.
In addition, we will gladly package, insure and ship small to medium items via UPS or USPS. Buyers are responsible for all expenses for these services. We encourage that all packages be inspected at the time of arrival. If damage has occurred, it is the Buyer's responsibility to file a claim in a timely manner.
Yes, we do accept quality items for Consignment. Furniture must be in excellent condition to be accepted. Our current rate for consignment is 40%, plus an additional 4% charge if a credit card is used. To arrange an appointment for us to view and evaluate an item in St. Augustine, please call 904.810.5829. (Long distance appointments and pick ups will incur travel expenses.)
If you are looking for a special item, please use the 'Wish-List' form, so we can be on the lookout for your items. It is also possible we may have the item you desire in our inventory, even though it is not listed. We will contact you when we have availability.
